Are you tired, exhausted, in pain and sick of it?
It doesn't have to be that way!
My mission
Help people stay healthy and active so they can enjoy life now and into the future
My approach
Each person is unique and every cell in the body communicates constantly. True Health can only be achieved by balancing all functions in the body from digestion, hormones, detoxification, immune response and inflammation to emotions and relationships.
Making permanent lifestyle changes is difficult. Making them one step at a time with support and guidance promotes permanent habits. It comes down to three basic practices:
Minimize any foods, toxins, habits that don’t serve your health
Maximize any foods and habits that promote health
Prioritize a supportive environment in which you can thrive
Each person will move at a pace that’s right for them. I support each person where they are and guide them to where they want to be through education, communication and problem solving to overcome obstacles. We balance the essentials of Nutrition, Digestion, Movement, Sleep, and Stress to reduce systemic inflammation which leads to a healthy, active, pain free life.
My experience
I’ve practiced Physical Therapy for over 30 years always learning new ways to serve my clients to keep them active and pain free. By addressing the whole physical body, I’ve obtained great outcomes with difficult and chronic injuries. Over the years, I’ve learned more about how other aspects of health impact the ability to heal from injuries. In exploring this further, I’ve become passionate about helping people not only heal from an injury but really move to a healthier state overall.
